1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Gazelle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on [START DATE, e.g., October 15, 2025] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on [END DATE, e.g., December 15, 2025] (the "Giveaway Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi; 18 in all other states) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Classic Gazelle ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, web administrators, and the Independent Giveaway Administrator (collectively, the "Giveaway Parties"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited or restricted by law.

You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway upon completing registration on our website.
We offer different ways to earn additional entries. Please note that no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Limits: There is no limit to the total number of entries you can obtain. Entries are earned per transaction (e.g., one digital purchase grants 3 entries, one t-shirt purchase grants the entries listed on its page). If an item purchased for bonus entries is returned or refunded, the entries earned from that purchase will be invalidated and removed.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries per action by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
4. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

The vehicle will be awarded as-is, with features, color, and options at the Sponsor's sole discretion. - Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about [INSERT DRAWING DATE, e.g., December 20, 2025] by an independent judging organization (the "Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Failure to comply with these requirements, to be available to pick up the prize, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be awarded in the name of the person who submitted the winning entry.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Parties from any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance/use/misuse of any prize. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Giveaway and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.
