2. GIVEAWAY

The Gazelle Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:Ā The Classic Gazelle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins atĀ 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on [START DATE]Ā and ends atĀ 11:59:59 p.m. ET on [END DATE]Ā (the "Giveaway Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY:Ā The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi; 18 in all other states) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors ofĀ Classic GazelleĀ ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, web administrators, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER:Ā There are two (2) ways to earn entries:

  • FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY):Ā During the Giveaway Period, visit Ā www.classicgazelle.comĀ and complete and submit the registration form with the required information, including your name and email address. Upon submission, you will automatically receive one (1) free entry into the Giveaway.*Limit: One (1) free entry per person/email address for the entire Giveaway Period.*
  • BONUS ENTRIES WITH A PURCHASE:Ā While a purchase does not improve your odds of winning, you can receive bonus entries by making a purchase on the Classic Gazelle official online store.You will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on the pre-tax purchase amount. Shipping and handling fees do not count toward the entry calculation. For example, a purchase of two shirts for $10.00 each would result in a subtotal of $20.00 and grant twenty (20) bonus entries.If an item purchased for bonus entries is returned or refunded, the entries earned from that purchase will be invalidated and removed.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND DELIVERY:

  • Selection:Ā The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or aboutĀ [DRAWING DATE]Ā by the Sponsor's website system, whose decisions are final and binding.
  • Notification:Ā The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
  • Claiming the Prize:Ā The potential winner must respond to the notification withinĀ ten (10) days. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Prize Delivery:Ā Sponsor will contact the winner to arrange for delivery of the prize.If the winner is located within the Los Angeles, CA area, Sponsor will cover the cost of delivery.If the winner is located in any other state, the winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping and delivery of the prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:Ā Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its related parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance/use/misuse of the prize. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize, if applicable.

7. PUBLICITY:Ā The winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
